The 90s Treats
At The 90s Treats, we’re all about delivering nostalgia in every bite. To keep things smooth and transparent, here’s how our refund and return process works:
📦 Order Cancellations & Changes
Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Need to make a change? No problem — you can update or modify your order (add/remove items) before it has been dispatched by reaching out to us promptly.
🚚 Incorrect Address & Redelivery
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
- If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we may be able to cancel the order with a 20% restocking fee.
- If the order requires re-shipping, a flat fee of $9.99 CAD will apply.
💳 Returns & Refunds
All orders are final sale, and we do not offer refunds once items have been shipped.

📮 Shipping Limitations
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business address.

We do our best to display our products as accurately as possible. That said, slight variations in packaging, color, or presentation may occur.

- We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
- Pricing and product availability may change without prior notice.
📦 Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, The 90s Treats is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused during transit.
🌡️ Heat-Sensitive Products
Some of our nostalgic treats (especially chocolates) may be affected by temperature during shipping.
While we take care in packaging, we cannot guarantee against melting or texture changes in warmer conditions. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for heat-related issues.
