Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery times:
Canada: 4 to 5 business days
United States: 4 to 8 business days (Expect Delays due to new Custom Rules)
International: Minimum 8 to 12 business days (Delays expected due to new Custom Rules)

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
The 90s Treats is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery responsibility belongs to the shipping provider.
If tracking shows that a package has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, replacements, or credits for lost or stolen packages.
For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
Missed Deliveries
If you may not be available during delivery hours, we recommend contacting the courier to arrange pickup, redelivery, or delivery hold options where available.

Tracking Information
